Convicted of raping and bludgeoning a 66-year-old woman in 1993, Hall was destined to spend the rest of his life in prison. But in 1999, Hall got a job with PRIDE Enterprises, a nonprofit company that runs work programs at Tomoka Correctional Institution and other prisons across Florida.
