Child porn suspect, daughter face new incest charges
NEW Child pornography suspect Alton Smith Jr. and his daughter, Kristilyn, were both charged with incest, a Flagler County Sheriff's Office spokesman said today.

UPDATED Investigators believe discarded smoking materials or a faulty lamp sparked a fire this morning that gutted an Edgewater mobile home leaving its terminally ill occupant homeless. "We have ruled the fire accidental," said Edgewater Fire Marshal Jill Danigel.

Travolta family returns to
U.S. with son's remains
UPDATED Actor John Travolta and wife Kelly Preston have returned to Florida with the remains of their 16-year-old son, Jett, who died at the family vacation home in Grand Bahama. Medical officials said Jett died of a seizure.
