Deputy bitten by alligator used 'bad judgment'
UPDATED at 1 p.m. The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office deputy bitten by an 8-foot alligator after he climbed on its back did not follow procedure, a spokesman with the Sheriff’s Office said today.
